Should any contingencies arises which prevent the complete or partial fulfillment by either of the particles of their respective obligations under this contract, namely Fire, arrest and restrain of Rules, or war-like operation, blockage, riots or any other causes beyond the parties control, the time stipulated for fulfillment of the obligations shall be extended for a perior equal to that during which such contingencies will remain in force.
If a force majorsitua arises, the Seller shall promptly notify the Buyer in writing within 7days with evidences showing th force major.

この契約書に基づく両者に課せられる義務の一部、または完全な遂行が不可能となる偶発事件（火災、逮捕、法による拘束、戦争またはそれに類似した状況、ストライキ、暴動または両者に関与せずに発生したいかなる事件）が発生した場合、義務の完全な遂行に与えられる規定時間は、この偶発事件の継続期間と同じ時間が延長されます。
セラーは、これらの事件が発生した場合、発生の証明を添えて、文書により７日以内バイヤーにに通知する」ことが必要です。
