ギフトで商品を送ると、税関で開封される可能性は減りますが、開封された場合、関税がほぼかかります。
今回送ってもらった商品は、まだ私の家には届いていないけど、どうやら開封されたようです。というのは荷物を追跡すると二次検査をされているのが分かったからです(二次検査に回されるとほとんど関税がかかります)

If I sent commodity as a gift, the possibility customs open it will be decreased but when it is opened, custom tax is almost defnitely charged.
This time's package has not arrived at my place yet but it seems it has opened. Because I checked tracking information and it is checked two times. (When it is checked two times, mostly it is charged custom tax.)
