お客様は怒って私に商品を返品しました。
素人では無理な作業だったようです。カバーを開けたらトラブルになることがわからないですか？分解の伴う作業を依頼しないでください。
御社に返品するのでお客様に新しいマシン一式を送ってください。

送料が多額になるということで、船便で送っています。
状態のアップデートはもうしばらくかかるのでしばらくお待ちください。

The customer told me the line got cut when she took cover off from the machine.
She was mad,and sent me back the product.
The process was too difficult for her.Didn't she realize trouble would happen when she open cover?Please don't order anything to do with overhaul.
Please send new machines to the customer,after I send you back the broken machine.

I sent it by ship,because it is cheaper.
It would take a while to update the situation,so please wait
