(about the translator fee)
Mr. Alex does not going to get the fee.
He is so kind as to translate for Jane for free.
The reason we wrote the translator fee is that Mr. Alex may not be able to translate for Jane in sudden because he is busy for his study.
If you ask a professional translator in a hurry, the fee is expensive.
But the translator is very important for Jane to understand the correct explanations about her medical treatment.
We are looking for other cheap translator.
But we estimated the total cost of translator for the preparation for the worst situation.

Of course, we will refund the balance to Jane.
