私の到着日の予定についてお知らせしますね。フランス発で12時にドイツに到着する予定です。あなたの家に到着するのは早くても21時～22時ぐらいになると思うけど、チェックインは可能ですか？遅い時間で申し訳ないです。
サイトで住所は確認しましたが建物に名前はありますか？またエントランスに暗証番号などはあれば教えて下さい。

I would like to let you know the schedule of the day of arrival. I will leave France and will arrive in Germany at 12 noon. I think I can get to your place around at 9 to 10 PM the earliest. Can I still be able to check in that late? I am sorry for arriving so late. I have checked your address on the website, does the property has a name for it? Also, if there is any passcode or anything at the entrance, please let me know.
