備考: 御社というのは海外メーカーのことです。
彼というのはメーカーの日本の代理店（代理人）のことです。

もともと海外メーカーと直接取引をしていたのですが、突然日本の代理店なるものが現れて取引の間に入ってきました。
その代理店についてメーカーに送る内容です。

通常であれば、彼に電話して説明を求めるところなのですが、それも不可能なようです。

このことに関して、弊社は御社が望むあらゆることを調査し報告する用意があります。
必要であれば、彼からのメールを翻訳して転送します。
御社とその製品の信頼性を損なわないためにも、信頼性の低い事業者は取引から除外するべきです。
弊社としては、御社と直接の取引を望みます。

御社の考えをお聞かせ下さい。
