すらすらと読めるので、多分うっかりミスだと思いますがちょっと気になる箇所があったので....例えば最後のパラグラフのafter the we receive the itemはafter we have received the item/upon receipt of the item etcかと。

投稿後、時間内に修正できるようになればいいですよね
