以下、ネットショップにて注文し、発送方法を間違えてしまったときの文です。
昨日注文した商品ですが、発送方法を"Customer Carrier"にしてしまいました。
変更をしたいので、一度キャンセルさせていただけますでしょうか？
キャンセル後、すぐに再注文致します。
(※以前もキャンセル願いをしましたが、キャンセルされていませんでした。今回は確実にキャンセルお願いします。)
また、今注文した場合、発送はいつ頃になりますでしょうか？
Here is my message when I ordered at a online shop and wrote the wrong shipping method.
Regarding the item I ordered yesterday, I wrongly wrote the shipping method as "Customer Carrier".
I want to change the shipping method, so can I cancel my order?
