世界で最も高い電波塔である“東京スカイツリー”は去る5月22日で開業１周年を迎え、記念行事としてこれまで１年間に展開された12種類すべてのライトアップのパターンを、４時間のうちに次々と展開した。大型LED照明1995台が織りなすライトアップ・ショーはもちろん素晴らしいが、ライトアップが変化する際の短い暗黒の瞬間もまた、荘厳な雰囲気を感じさせて印象に強く残るものだった。
この映像は、GH3を使ったTimeLaps撮影で、この壮大なライティング・ショーを記録したものである。

Tokyo Sky Tree, the world's tallest broadcast tower celebrated its first anniversary on May 22, and successively showed all the twelve patterns of illumination of the past year for 4 hours. Those illuminations by 1995 units of large LED lighting system were really something, but the fleeting moments of darkness between each pattern also impressed me with their solemn atmosphere.
This is a time-lapse motion picture of the magnificent lighting spectacle recorded by LUMIX GH3.
