世界で最も高い電波塔である“東京スカイツリー”は去る5月22日で開業１周年を迎え、記念行事としてこれまで１年間に展開された12種類すべてのライトアップのパターンを、４時間のうちに次々と展開した。大型LED照明1995台が織りなすライトアップ・ショーはもちろん素晴らしいが、ライトアップが変化する際の短い暗黒の瞬間もまた、荘厳な雰囲気を感じさせて印象に強く残るものだった。
