1~3についてお答えします
1 では刺繍の注文が多い場合は、別の注文書に分けて作ります。何個までの刺繍があれば、通常通り送れそうですか
その個数を超えれば別の注文で作ります
2 写真を送ります。添付ファイルを見てください
3 荷物の size and weightは分かり次第、連絡します。念のため確認ですが、返品の送料はそちらにお支払いいただく、という認識ですがよろしいでしょうか

I will answer your questions 1~3.

1. Then if there is a high demand for monogrammed items I will divide them into separate orders. Up to how many monogrammed items should we send out just the regular way?
I will make separate orders if numbers exceed those.
2. I will send you a picture. Please check out the attached file.
3. I'll let you know once I know the size and weight of the boxes. Just to be sure, I understand that you will pay for the cost of the returns? but are you sure this is okay?

Also, I'd really appreciate it if you could give me a reply about the following email I sent you earlier.

1) I think the safest option would be to put monogrammed items on a separate order. This way, anytime they are not able to get to your monogrammed items it wouldn’t hold up the other order. Would that work for you?

2) This is something that should be caught by our “packers” when they are putting the items into the boxes. Can you please send a picture of an example?

3) What is it costing you to send back the items? If you can give us an example of what a certain size and weight box would cost you we can look into it and get a comparison for you.
