届いた商品と、画像の商品が違います。

日本の購入者からクレームが来ました。

届いた商品は、
右側に「○○」と書いてあって、
左側に「○○」のロゴがある。

画像は、
右側に「○○」のロゴがあって、
左側に「○○」と書いてあります。

フレームの形も違います。

写真を二枚添付しました。

Although I would like to continue importing your product, it is getting difficult for me to do so.
Could you make your offer little bit lower?


There is a difference between actually delivered product and product image posted at on-line shop.

There is a complaint from customer in Japan.

Product actually delivered has;
Letters of “xxx” at right side, and
Logo “yyy” at left side.

Bur product image posted at on-line shop has
Logo of “yyy” at right side, and
Letters “xxx” at left side.

Shape of frame is also different.
