4月17日に5-7 business day以内にクレジットカードへ返金というご連絡を貰いましたが、
5月15日現在、カードへの請求がきてしまっています。
クレジットカード会社へ連絡したところ貴社からの返金は未だきていないということでした。
クレジットカードへの返金は完了していますでしょうか？
今一度確認をお願いします。
