歴史背景とはかけ離れたものになります。
表具の基本を理解した上であえて基本からはずれた創作表具をするのか、それとも何もわからず創作表具をするのかでは深みが違ってくるでしょう。もちろんそれを理解する事は難しいかもしれない。

長年の歴史の中で無駄が削ぎ落とされ残されてきた形式の素晴らしさを物語るエピソードだとおもいます。

わたしはこの仕事につけた事を本当にほこりに思います。

歴史を重んじ現代に応用する。

このすばらしい表具をひとりでも多くの人に知ってもらいたい。
