添付の写真のとおりコネクタ部が破損しました。
Crack側のヘッドになります。
使用後間もなく壊れました。
故障したヘッドを送るので替えのヘッドを送っていただけますか
発送時のトラッキング番号をお伝えすれば対応いただけるのでしょうか

As shown in the photo attached, the connector part is broken.
