(A)company, hereby authorizes DEALER to solicit orders and to sell (A) Products on behalf of (A)company, within the Territory of______________________________________________________________, and within the line of Trade known as (商品名） support equipment and accessoriesî at the prices and in accordance with the terms and conditions and policies as established by (A)company, from time to time.

DEALER agrees to use its best efforts to promote, maintain and service the sales of (A) Products within the Territory and to make such written reports concerning DEALERís activities and conditions within the Territory as (A)company, may request from time to time.

(A)会社は、本契約書により、DEALERが、(A)会社に代わって、販売区域、______________________________________________________________の中で、かつ、（商品名）として知られている支持装置および付属品事業の中で、また、(A)会社の定める契約条件ならびに価格で、その時々に、注文を勧誘し(A)製品を売る許可を与える。
