(A)company, hereby authorizes DEALER to solicit orders and to sell (A) Products on behalf of (A)company, within the Territory of______________________________________________________________, and within the line of Trade known as (商品名） support equipment and accessoriesî at the prices and in accordance with the terms and conditions and policies as established by (A)company, from time to time.

DEALER agrees to use its best efforts to promote, maintain and service the sales of (A) Products within the Territory and to make such written reports concerning DEALERís activities and conditions within the Territory as (A)company, may request from time to time.

会社(A)はDEALERに、会社(A)に代わってテリトリー______________________________________________________________内での会社(A)の（商品名）として知られているラインの営業、販売、機器や付属品のサポートを、定められた価格、取引条件及び会社(A)によってその時々に規定されるポリシーに従って遂行する権限を与える。

DEALERはテリトリー内での(A)製品の販売の促進、維持及びサービスに最善を尽くし、また会社(A)がその時々によって要請した場合はテリトリー内でのDEALERの活動や状況に関する書面による報告をすることに同意する。
