商品の出荷数量の手配を間違えて為に未入荷分の商品に関しては、指定の倉庫まであなたの輸送代負担で手配して頂きたいです。それが、難しい場合は、商品をキャンセルしたいです。あなたは、はじめは　未入荷商品の輸送に関しては、航空便を使用すると言っていました。今回は、船便を使用するので航空便使用よりも安くなるので、港から指定倉庫までの輸送代もご負担お願い致します。

If you cannot do that, I want to cancel the item. At the beginning, you said that you would use plane post for the shipping of undelivered items. This time, as you will use sea mail, the shipping charge would be cheaper than that for plane post. So please pay the transportation charge for the item from the port to the specified depot.
