Japanese girls love to wear character nails!
Today, I'd like to show you how to make "Panda nails" in a video.

As I mentioned in STAFF BLOG before,
Japanese character nails are in a high quality.

Among them, the character nails selling at Mini mall
are especially awesome!

Thanks for your review, but there are some points I can't understand.

  1. Why is the exclamation mark not allowed there?
  2. show you how to make "Panda nails" in a video. = show you a video on how to make "panda nails."
  3. in a high quality = of high quality
  4. In the context above, "awesome" fits better than "great".

It would be appreciated if you kidly answer my questions. Thank you.

  1. Exclamation marks are a matter of choice, but the Japanese generally overuse them. Professional writing seldom uses them. Moreover, seeking that the original had no exclamation there's no reason to introduce one here.
  2. "Panda" doesn't need to be capitalized. Actually it is not showing "how to make panda nails in a video", it is showing you a video on how to make panda nails.
  3. You don't use "a" before "high quality".
  4. "Awesome" is too casual and colloquial for this writing and "especially awesome" is overkill.

Thank you for your kind answer.

  1. Totally understood. Thanks.
  2. I see about the "panda" as it is not a proper noun there. However, you can still say "show how to do something" in a video. If you wonder, refer to google.
  3. I think your opinion is better as mine was too casual. Thanks.
  4. In my sense, "great" is too plain. Girls barely say "great" about their fashion. Instead, they use "awesome", "gorgeous" or "cool".

Anyway, thank you once more for having your precious time. Your opinion will be of great help for me.
