I have contacted ups. They are scanning there hubs between Jacksonville and Sarasota. They are sending me an email explaining what their process is as soon as I get that email I will forward to you.

I have never had this happen before. I will keep you informed of my findings.

UPS might need a contact number at the delivery location.
