R1であれば、ebayに出品せず、そのまま発送してください。
念のため、スペックと写真をいただけると嬉しいです。

"Fujikura Fuel Tour Spec"は市販されていますか？
日本で普通に市販されていますが、TOUR ISSUEという認識でよいでしょうか？TOUR VANからの購入ですか？
