I am sorry about that, unfortunately I don't have another shoe here to compare the sizing too. Two things could have happened, the first is sometimes we receive shoes that have odd sizing so we correct it on the shoe box. The second, is that the shoe manufacturer could have put the wrong size shoe in the box. Can you do me a favor and let me know the measurements of the insole of the shoe. I found using a soft measuring tape works the best. We will get this sorted out for you!
