10日前にあなたに発送連絡をいただきましたが、商品がまだ届きません。
注文から1か月半ほど経っているため、本当に到着するのはとても不安です。
追跡番号を教えて欲しいです。商品が発送済なのかどうか確認をしたいです。
もし届かない場合は、クレジット会社に連絡をして返金の手続きをさせていただきます。
今年に入ってから納品に時間がかかりますが、何か理由があれば教えて欲しいです。
優先的に購入できる条件(値段、数量等)などがあれば教えてください。

I received the shipping information about 10days ago, however I haven’t received the goods yet.
It has already been one month and a half since I ordered, so I am worried if the goods really arrive.
I would like to know the tracking number. I would like to make sure if the goods has already shipped out. If the goods don’t arrive, I will contact a credit card company to proceed refund process. The delivery takes longer time since the begging of the year. If you have any specific reasons, could you let me know please? If you have any condition(Price, Quantity) for the priority arrangement, please let me know.
