If you think our deliveyr time is slowly and next time i can request them sending directly by Fedex in Mainland but not ship to another place. now they already did in this ways to delay about 3 day at least.

今回注文分の配送先に送ることが出来ないという意味でしょうか？
それとも、今回注文分の配送先以外に発送することが出来ないという意味でしょうか？

Also, where exactly do you mean by "another place"?
Do you mean that you can't send to the delivery address placed for this current order?
Or do you mean that you can't send to places other than the delivery address placed for this current order?
