3月5日にトラッキングナンバーｘｘの商品が届きましたが、購入したコーヒーポットではなく、プレート１枚でした。しかも破損しています。外箱と破損したプレートの写真もあります。メールで事情を説明の上、至急、商品のコーヒーポットを送って下さい。また、割れたプレートはお返しするか、こちらで放棄するか指示して下さい。

後から届いた５組のコーヒーカップも高さは、6.2センチでした。7センチでは、ありません。従っていずれも虚偽の説明だったということです。カップは、大きいほど値段が高くなります。

We have received the product, its tracking number xx on March 5th. However, it was not a coffee pot we ordered. It was one plate. In addition, it was damaged. We have pictures of the damaged plate and its box. After you email the description to the seller, please ship us the coffee pot as soon as possible. Also, please advise if the damaged plate should be returned or discard here.

We have received 5 sets of coffee cups. Their height is 6.2 inches each, although we ordered cups with 7 inches. Therefore, the listed description was a false advertisement. When a cup is bigger, its price is higher.
