3月5日にトラッキングナンバーｘｘの商品が届きましたが、購入したコーヒーポットではなく、プレート１枚でした。しかも破損しています。外箱と破損したプレートの写真もあります。メールで事情を説明の上、至急、商品のコーヒーポットを送って下さい。また、割れたプレートはお返しするか、こちらで放棄するか指示して下さい。

後から届いた５組のコーヒーカップも高さは、6.2センチでした。7センチでは、ありません。従っていずれも虚偽の説明だったということです。カップは、大きいほど値段が高くなります。

I received an item that has the tracking number xxx. However, the item in the box was a broken plate, instead of the coffee pot that I ordered. I have pictures of the plate and the box.

I would like to have an explanation, along with the coffee pot. Let me know what should I do with the broken plate as well.

On top of that, the size of the coffee cups, which I received later on, was 6.2 cm. The size was not 7cm, as you said. Your explanation was not true. The bigger the size of cup is, the greater the price.
