わたしはこの商品においてバイヤーにネガティブフィードバックを付けると脅され無理な取引きを要求されました。

この商品の在庫が切れており、その旨を伝えたにも関わらず、取引を履行しないと、ネガティブ評価を残すと言われました。

他の商品を送る事で対応しました。（私は大きな赤字です）

さらにフィードバックも変わらない。

こんな理不尽なことがあってよいのでしょうか？？

早急な評価変更の対応を宜しくお願いします。

Regarding this product, I was threatened by the buyer that he would give me a negative feedback and demanded an unreasonable transaction.

Even though I informed the buyer that the item was out of stock, he said he would leave a negative feedback unless I complete the transaction.

I handled the situation by sending the buyer an alternative product (I lost a lot of money).

Even then, the feedback was not changed.

How can there be such an unreasonable outcome?

Please look into this matter and rectify the unfair feedback as soon as possible.
