この度は、相談があってご連絡させて頂きました。
現在、御社から仕入れているXの価格競争が非常に激しいです。
このままでは利益率があまりにも低くなってしまうので、顧客対応もおろそかになりますし、潜在顧客向けの広告費用も確保することが出来ません。
日本国内のオンラインの販売価格を御社から指定して欲しいです。
私は、11980円が適当だと考えています。
以前もこの価格で販売されていましたので、御社から見た、販売総数が減るということはないと思います。

Right now,the price war of the item X which I purchase from you is really competitive. The profits will be extremely low if this keeps going. Also it leads to poor customer service and I can't even advertise for our potential customers.
I would like you to decide on the online item price within Japan.
I think 11980yen is appropriate. The item was sold at the price before, so I don't think your sales go down.
