バイヤー にRequest Feedback Revisionを要求しましたがバイヤーが回答を忘れ期限が過ぎてしまいました。

バイヤーにはフィードバック変更の承認は得ているのですが、どのようにして評価の変更を要求したらよいでしょうか？？

この評価は私の販売にとても影響を及ぼします。

なのでebayからバイヤーに確認をとり、評価を変更してもらえないでしょうか？？
