日本郵便で配達手配する際に、オプションで配達が完了した際に完了通知を日本郵便から報告がくるように設定していました。
すでにオプション設定で配達済みのものがあるので、この商品についてはオプションを外せません。次回からは必ずオプションを外します。

When arranging the shipment at Japan Post, I set the option to receive notification of completed delivery from Japan Post.
