A社は直接C社に確認した方が、レスポンスが早くなると考えているようです。
確かに時間的には早くなると思いますが、主な回答が遅い理由は、C社の回答が遅く、B社(我々)が回答できないケースが多いと思います。私はA社に技術的な質問は、B社では2名(私とあなた)しか入っていない事を説明しました。A社は理解してくれましたので、今後も今までとやり方は変わらないと思います。一点質問があります。ダイレクトにした方が早くなると回答したのは、C社でしょうか？
