・今回のやり取りは、A社>B社>C社という経路で、A社の質問をC社に確認している。B社の中でも数名の人間を経由しており、コミュニケーションに時間がかかる。
技術的な質問はＡ社からC社に直接問い合わせしても問題ない・

There's no problem even if practical questions are directly posed from company A to company C.
