商品到着まで40日かかるという。
私は何度もキャンセルを強く要求していますが、売り手はキャンセルしない。
全額返金を強く希望する。

Seller informed me by email that they don't have stock of the item.
They say it will take 40 days till the item arrives.
I have strongly requested cancellation over and over, but the seller won't cancel it.
I insist that I get full refund.
