再度言いますが、商品は届いていません。今月3日に、paypalの支払いは、済んでいます。発送した証拠を出せないなら、支払ったお金を、全額返金して下さい。

eBayで、補償手続きを取りたいので、手続きを教えて下さい。
ケースを開いたところ、サイト上にセラーが入金処理をしていないとのメッセージが出ていますが、意味がわかりません。支払い手続きは済んでいます。paypalにも確認済みです。
セラーはもうeBayにいないようなので、これは計画的な詐欺と思います。

Please let me know how I can apply for the protection procedure at eBay.
When I opened a case, the message says on the website that the seller has not processed receipt of the payment, which I don't understand. Payment is already made. I also checked with PayPal.
It seems like the seller already left eBay, so I guess this is a planned fraud.
