再度言いますが、商品は届いていません。今月3日に、paypalの支払いは、済んでいます。発送した証拠を出せないなら、支払ったお金を、全額返金して下さい。
迅速な回答をお願いします。


eBayで、補償手続きを取りたいので、手続きを教えて下さい。
ケースを開いたところ、サイト上にセラーが入金処理をしていないとのメッセージが出ていますが、意味がわかりません。支払い手続きは済んでいます。paypalにも確認済みです。
セラーはもうeBayにいないようなので、これは計画的な詐欺と思います。

I have completed my payment, and I have checked with PayPal as well.
The seller on eBay has gone; therefore, I believe it was a planned fraud.
