4. Any of my portrait rights including the photos taken and videotapes captured on during this activity shall belong to your company.
5. I consent that the tour guide retains his/her right to cancel this activity and to reject continuing with the participants' trip for security reasons.
6. I am not inebriated due to alcohol drinking or drugs on the day I participate in this activity.
