備考: 注文した商品が不良品でした。クレームメールなので、できれば少し怒り口調でお願いします。

新しく到着した商品を私の顧客に発送しました。
その顧客は前回の不良品からずっと商品を楽しみに待っていた。
しかし今回新しく送ってくれた商品も不良品ということで返品されてきました。
今回の商品は前回の商品よりもさらにひどく。
電源が落ちてしまう不具合が起きている。
商品を両方とも返品をしたい。今回は２度目なので返送料も含めて返金をして下さい。
このような事は今までに一度もありませんでした。
我々は本当に残念です。

I sent the newly arrived product to my customer.
Ever since receiving a defective item before that customer has been eagerly anticipating this new one.
However, this new item was also defective and the customer returned it.
This item is even worse than the one from before.
The power supply constantly drops.
I will be returning both of the items. Since this is the second time, please refund my money including the shipping charges for sending them back.
I have never experienced anything like this before.
I am really disappointed with this entire episode.
