備考: 注文した商品が不良品でした。クレームメールなので、できれば少し怒り口調でお願いします。

新しく到着した商品を私の顧客に発送しました。
その顧客は前回の不良品からずっと商品を楽しみに待っていた。
しかし今回新しく送ってくれた商品も不良品ということで返品されてきました。
今回の商品は前回の商品よりもさらにひどく。
電源が落ちてしまう不具合が起きている。
商品を両方とも返品をしたい。今回は２度目なので返送料も含めて返金をして下さい。
このような事は今までに一度もありませんでした。
我々は本当に残念です。

That customer had been looking forward to receiving the item since the previous defective item.
However, the new one you sent was returned because it was also defective.
This time the defect was worse than the previous one.
It has fatal failure to automatically shut the power down.
