同人誌では父であるKiritsugu Emiyaや、敵対しているはずのShirou Emiyaとの話を描いたものがあります。
本の中の彼女は、とにかく魅力満開です！彼女には様々な面を持っているので、一つの描かれ方に縛られない自由なキャラクターです！ファンごとに彼女の印象が違うため、「純粋無垢な少女」だったり「少し腹黒いお転婆な少女」だったり、貴方だけのIriyaを見つけてください！
