As you claim that the goods are short of quantity, we will ask seller to provide the evidence to prove the quantity of the goods within 3 calendar days.

PS: If there’s any agreement reached with the supplier before this case is closed, please provide your supportive evidence on the complaint centre. Or E-shop shall have the right to proceed to handle the Claim based on the supporting documents available and/or the settlement terms reached in the Order Messages within the Time Limit between the Buyer and the Supplier.

P.S. もしもこの件が落着する前に供給業者との間に合意が見られた場合、あなたの証拠を支える申し立ての核心部を示す書類等の提出を願います。そうで無い場合、E-shopは、利用可能な支持書類、或いはバイヤーと供給業者の間で時間制限内に取り交わされた注文連絡などを利用し、和解条項に基づき、申し立てを処理する権利を有します。
