Fire Emblemは日本のtactical role-playing gameで様々なシリーズが発売されています。

西洋の中世をモチーフにしたファンタジーの世界が舞台で、主人公が軍隊を率いて敵を倒すという共通の設定があります。
また他の共通の設定では、お助けキャラクターとして上級騎士や、人ではない種族が登場します。

その他の特徴はそれぞれ武器に強みと弱みがあります。

例えば、剣は斧に強いけれど槍には弱いといった設定があります。
