ご連絡ありがとうございます。EMSのトラッキングナンバーがあれば私も荷物を追跡することができますが、EMSのトラッキングナンバーを教えていただいていないため現時点では何もすることができません。仮に荷物が日本に届いていてもEMSのトラッキングナンバーが無ければ税関、支店に問い合わせることもできません。あなたからの連絡を待ってます。

Thank you for your message. If I have the EMS tracking number, I can trace the parcel, but as I am not given that, there is nothing I can do at the moment. If the parcel already arrived in Japan, I cannot make inquiry to the customs or branch without EMS tracking number. Waiting for your reply.
