到着してみると、「花」と「蜂」が分離しており、さらに「蜂」の羽が両方とも折れていました。
あなたが出荷した際は、製品は正常でありましたか？
連絡が遅くなってしまったのですが、返品と返金は可能でしょうか。？

The other day, I bought Swarovski Crystal from you at Ebay.
When I received it, a flower and a bee were detached and also the both wings of the bee were broken.
When you sent me it, how was it?
