落ちた窓を背にして、斜め右前方方向に向かって行った。

今は落ちた窓から見て左の方向に移動し、家から500メートル程度離れた所。間に家々が5～10ブロック（１ブロックで１つの通りを挟む感じ）ほどありそう。

If we take left from the window I dropped, we will be here in about 500 meters. It looks like it has 5 to 10 blocks (as one block surrounding a street ) in the journey between home and here.
