* 先生のアドバイスどおり、音楽をかけてみる、頭によぎったto do はメモすることなどを意識しながらコミュニケーションしました。特にCore Essence の箇所では、動物の家を訪れる手法を取り入れてみたところ、コミュニケーションに入りやすくなり、集中力が持続しやすくなったと感じました。

*We have performed communications with playing music and making note of 'to do' ideas comes through my head as Dr advised us. Especially in Core Essence section, thanks to the technique of visiting houses of animals, we could have smoother communication and we felt that we can continue concentrating easier.
