* 先生のアドバイスどおり、音楽をかけてみる、頭によぎったto do はメモすることなどを意識しながらコミュニケーションしました。特にCore Essence の箇所では、動物の家を訪れる手法を取り入れてみたところ、コミュニケーションに入りやすくなり、集中力が持続しやすくなったと感じました。

Following your advice, while I was communicating, I put some music on and took notes to do, which had came into my mind. Especially, in the part of Core Essence, I tried the method to visit a pet’s home, and I felt that it made me easier to start communication and to keep my concentration.
