I returned this merchandise and the seller received in dia12/04/12 supposedly, I wonder what will be done, if I get another dvd in English or my money back, because up till now not received any statement about it.

この品物を返品しました。セラーは12月４かに受け取ったようです。このあとどうなるのでしょうか？英語版のDVDを送ってもらえるのか、返金されるのでしょうか？現在まで、なにも連絡が有りません。返事を頂けると幸いです。
