The item was brand new. I opened it and tried it one time and they did not stay in my ears, so I put it back in the box and need to return it. I am not accepting less than a 100% refund on this item. Everything was put back in place and nothing is missing.

Please advise as to how I can return the item for a full credit.

品物は新品のままです。箱を開けて付けてみましたが、耳にしっくりこなかったため、箱にしまい直したのですが、返品したいのです。100%返金しか受け入れられません。すべて箱に戻してあり、欠けているものはありません。
