しかし私はとても困っており、アドバイスを頂きたくメールをしました。
以前御社にて購入した〇〇社のいくつかの製品にも同様の不具合がありました。
私は直接〇〇社に問い合わせるべきでしょうか。
私は不具合が無ければもっと〇〇社の製品を購入したいと思っています。
出荷前に御社に検品して頂くことはできないでしょうか。
無理は承知で質問させて頂きます。
