第9条
本サービスについて、事務局と会員間の間に係争が発生し、訴訟により解決する必要が生じた場合、事務局所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属管轄裁判所とする。裁判費用はすべて会員が負担するものとする。

会員の情報について当局から問い合わせがあった場合には、事務局は会員の情報を提供する場合があることに同意する。
